Behind every number is a person – a parent finding stability, a student earning a diploma, a neighbor securing stable housing. At Goodwill, measurable impact isn’t just something we report. It’s something happening every single day. In 2025, Goodwill’s mission came to life in powerful, measurable ways.
Across 89 retail stores, donated goods fueled opportunity. Together, those stores diverted 45.5 million pounds from landfills. Every donation and purchase helped fund education, employment and support services for employees and neighbors working to overcome barriers.
Because of that support, people across our communities found pathways to work and stability. More than 1,300 individuals secured jobs, and 251 people earned industry-recognized certifications to strengthen their career pathways. Seniors, individuals reentering the community after incarceration and people facing barriers received the support they needed to move forward with confidence.
Education continued to open doors. More than 900 students earned their high school diplomas through Goodwill programs, and scholarships are helping students take the next step toward brighter futures. At the same time, nearly 3,000 first-time mothers built stronger foundations for their families through Goodwill Nurse-Family Partnership®, supported by 109 dedicated nurses.
Through Mission Coach services, more than 16,000 barriers were removed from transportation and childcare challenges to financial instability and housing insecurity. Stable housing was secured for 170 individuals, creating the foundation necessary for long-term success.
None of this impact would be possible without the compassion and commitment of donors and supporters. In 2025, that generosity changed thousands of lives and laid the foundation for even greater transformation in the years ahead.
Thanks to the generous support of your donations and purchases, these numbers represent momentum that will continue for years to come.
