For the past 25 years, Labcorp has partnered with Goodwill Commercial Services to generate hundreds of jobs for individuals with employment barriers here in Indianapolis, while impacting health across the globe. 

In this time, Goodwill has provided over 82 million subcomponents that go into Labcorp’s collection supply kits used in over 6,000 clinical trials and over 117 countries, impacting over 2 million patient lives worldwide.

Some of the employees who work on the Labcorp line have been there since its inception more than two decades ago and nearly all of them have a barrier to employment, like a disability or criminal history. 

Recently Labcorp was honored with Goodwill’s Connections Award, which recognizes a partner organization that has gone above and beyond to support Goodwill’s mission and the people we serve.
